Rates are determined on the basis of the project requirements - length, format, complexity, urgency, and specific needs. A premium is charged for projects requiring work beyond standard business hours or during weekends. Editing, proofreading and similar tasks are charged on an hourly basis. A minimum rate is applied to small projects to cover administrative costs.
